Won’t work on a Citrix server
Shortkeys do not work on a Citrix server. Some letters are not typed correctly.
By default, ShortKeys types keystrokes as fast as it can. This may be too fast for some networks using Citrix or Windows Terminal Services. To correct the problem set the delay between keystrokes.
Click on Options, Preferences, Playback – Delays tab. Select the ‘Use ___ microseconds delay between keystrokes’ option. Set the value to 5000 and save. Test the delay timing and adjust the delay up or down as needed.
