Unicode support
Does ShortKeys support Unicode characters?
Currently ShortKeys does not fully support Unicode. But there is an option for ShortKeys to insert Unicode characters into other applications.
Version 3.1.0.1 added support for Rich Text. To use this feature, edit a shortkey in the Modify Keys window. Select the Rich Text option available.
Copy the Unicode characters to the clipboard from another source and paste into the Replacement Text field. When finished save the change.
When you play back the shortkey into another application, the text – including Unicode characters – is pasted into your application (providing that application accepts Unicode).
Applies to version 3.1.0.1 and later.
