Backspacing too many times
After typing my shortkey, the program backspaces too many spaces before inserting text.
We have seen this behavior primarily with Microsoft Office products. Until we determine the cause of the problem, there are two workarounds.
1. Use the Prefix Key activation method.
2. If using the Suffix Key activation, turn off the Hint Mode found in Options, Preferences, Playback – Hint tab.
