Back up the data
How do I back up the shortkey data file?
There are several ways to backup the shortkey macro file.
Manually
1. From the ShortKeys window, click on File, Export, Export Shortkeys File to open the Export Shortkeys window. Click on the Select All button to highlight all of the shortkeys in your file. Click on the Export button to open the Select a File to Export to window. Select a folder and file name for the backup file and click Save.
2. Use File Explorer to make a copy of the .shk macro file and save to another location.
3. Click on File, Backup to create a backup file.
Automatically
1. Open Options, Preferences, File System – Backup tab and create automatic backups.
