Steps to create a hyperlink

  1. Enter the Shortkey abbreviation.
       — The shortcut you  type to insert the link.
  2. Click on Insert Hyperlink to open the window to create the link.
  3. Enter the text that will display as a link.
  4. Enter the URL Address that the text links to.
  5. Click OK to save the link.
  6. Save the shortkey macro and you’re ready to go.

— Add as much text before or after the hyperlink as needed.  

— Or select Insert Email Address Link to embed an email address.

Prefix Key

Type one, two or no characters before the shortkey to activate.
